In May 2025, Droplet Needle Company has integrated cutting-edge detection system into its production line- the automatic alignment machine.
The machine can handle 1000 pcs of needles per hour, and one operator is able to look after 4-5 sets at the same time. The actual running speed of the machine is related to the degree of accuracy. The max accuracy would be 0.01 mm, but the speed will then drop from 1000 pcs/h to 800 pcs/h.
There are two types of this machine. Type A is used to adjust the longitudinal bending, while Type B for the lateral direction. It will help reduce labor cost, improve the efficiency, productivity and uniformity of needles.
